This idea of recording the screen while preparing the trade is very good, thanks XO 🎉

I usually just write it down, but if I start recording the screen while I'm planning the trade, I hear my voice speaking, when I go back to review the video, through the voice, if you have some knowledge of yourself, you can perceive the type of emotional tone that was at that moment: hurry, doubt, confidence, coldness, etc. I had never thought about that.

Making this a core principle of my trading. Very important aspect which i am starting to actively incorporate in my mindset. Trading legend BNF said the same thing "You won't make it if you focus on making money". The athlete doesn't get to win the medal only by focusing on it. He rather spends his whole time training and focusing on improving his skills. The price is a mere consequence. Focusing on winning would distract him. Thanks for sharing your experience brother.

This is very much relatable. I'm already in the process of reviewing my trades and journaling everything. I can see how much value it brings to improve in all aspects of my trading and development. Great input on goals.

“If I was ahead, I would take unnecessary risks, thinking I had "house money" to play with which would effectively put me on a tilt.”

Never felt a truer word spoken, good content man. Giving me the motivation to seek more discipline!

Indeed, the market lures you in - to bet more size then spits you out once its taken your money.

It’s good to know that this is where you started. There’s so many that don’t talk about that side of their journey. So thank you 🫡

Very practical and sane way of looking at trading as a profession. If you are doing it right you will get the money, so rightly said to focus on improving your trading rather than money! ❤️

I like how you gave us a homework about our goals and day after explained your approach, so we can now return to our answers and see if we are in the same direction or if we need to rethink the priorities. Thank you

This is so insightful, sir! That’s exactly me right now—and I believe many more are too. I’m deep in the trenches, focusing on outcomes rather than the process… Breaking all the ‘trading commandments’ along the way. Thanks for putting me on Game ,you are truly a blessing KING.

Absolutely XO!! I'm from a poker background, and the psychology seems very similar. Focus on making the best decisions rather than on the outcome (even if the outcomes can sometimes be annoying). If you so that, you can be satisfied you did everything in you could. That's doesn't mean that you can't look at how to approach or execute better in the future. Thanks for this, looking forward to the next few weeks.
